It was perfect for us. Family of 8. Six kids from 6-16. It was great for everyone. Loved the private beach. There weren’t too many people in the building to crowd the beach. Great property for us. Good communication with owners. Check in was a breeze.
My family stayed at the Regency Isle in Orange Beach during the 1st week of April 2024. We had a 2 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom. Check-in was just a text message from the management office with the door code. No security gate, and no driving 20-minutes to get the guest check-in package. When we arrived, we parked under the Tower and there was plenty of parking large enough for any type of SUV. In short, parking in the shade and be subjected to sunburn when returning to your vehicle. All (3) elevators were working in unison, and there were luggage carts for all the luggage we had.
Next when we walked into the condo on the 7th floor, our mouths dropped. We were blown away at the size of the condo and it was fully equipped and clean. Washer and dryer, large kitchen with bar stools, marble counter tops, and updated appliances. The beds and furniture were comfortable enough to accommodate 6 people. The living room and master bedroom both face the ocean. You open the doors and hear crashing waves all day long. During the time we stayed there were no crowds; and the Tower was quiet for 24 hours. The next surprise was the balcony. This balcony must be at least 20-25 feet long, and this is no exaggeration. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right at your doorstep. Regency Isle exceeded our expectations. This by far is the best beachfront condo we have ever vacationed in. The next time we go it will be for 1- 2-weeks tops. This location is ideal for families who just need to chill.
We took a belated Mother's Day trip to the beach and I loved the condo at Regency Isle! It has a great balcony and the location is perfect for the Orange Beach/Perdido area. Lots of great eating options in the area and close enough to walk to the Florabama and have a bushwacker :) We would definitely like to stay there again!
Everything was as described. Only thing is vacuum needs replaced and window in bedroom with double beds needs replaced or new seals. Other than that it was great. Would recommend this property!
This is a wonderful condo and the location is great. You can tell that the owners are working on updating and the progress made is excellent. The condo does need painted and a really good deep cleaning which I am sure will happen during the off season.
Great trip, but a pain to have to drive to Poole to check in since it is in Gulf Shores and we were staying in Orange Beach. We didn’t have keys to pick up so this could have been handled by email. They needed a copy of my drivers license and I could have emailed them that. But other than that great place to stay! Plenty of room and clean!
Great weekend in a great condo location. The pictures show exactly what the condo looks like except for the balcony. I was so looking forward to the furniture with red cushions and that is not at all what was there. The inside could use a paint job and maybe new cabinets in kitchen. The master shower had two shower heads and one got hotter than the other. Weird. Overall the experience was great. Love the beach.
The coffee maker wasn’t working and the people checking wrist bands were annoying .. and don’t EVER lose your parking pass because you will get nasty little notes on your car and it’ll cost you $39.95 for a new piece of paper and you have to drive 20 minutes to get another one

Nice condo but needs some TLC
The unit was nice but could have used a deeper clean. The bathrooms in particular. The comforter in the master had a large noticeable stain. If you are renting a unit to people this should not happen. It is not too much to ask for clean, stain-free linens on the bed. The ice machine in the unit was broken but I was not told in advance. The gym and public restrooms were closed. The other condo I stayed in (8mi away) had all of these amenities open, so this was the choice of the condo and not mandated due to COVID. While I understand why that was done, an advanced warning should have and could have been given. The view was great. The pool was nice as well. There was no walkability to shops and restaurants. While this condo was nice and I enjoyed my stay I will likely look elsewhere when I return to the area.
Regency Isle is a great place to stay. This particular condo was very clean and spacious. The decor could use an updating but overall, this was a great condo. Orange Beach is a wonderful place. This condo is located in a great spot and has security. The beach is wonderful and so is the pool. Parking is under the building which is great since you aren’t parking out in the sun. The only down side is having to drive from one end of town to the other to get the check-in package.
This was a great property to stay at, even though we had a hurricane while we were there. It was pretty clean, although the wall in the kitchen behind where the trash basket was kept had food stains all over it and the stovetop had crumbs on it. The rest of the place was beautiful. The balcony was huge and overlooking the ocean. Overall a great vacation with little affect by the hurricane. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo was so nice! Perfect for my week alone. The late check in was great except I had to drive all the way back to GS the next day to sign an agreement I could have signed online and I could have sent my drivers license over the internet. It was stupid to make me drive back to the office the next day. It kept me away from my beach vacation for over an hour. Otherwise, I really loved the condo. I want to rent it again.
It was our first time to Orange Beach and we will definitely be back. Loved the quiet beach and there were more than enough food choices. The condo was beautiful and we loved every minute!
The property is great! Only complaint was the ice maker was broken and had mold on the inside. It took several calls and a few days before we were told that the owner would not repair or replace it during our stay.

Check in process
We enjoyed the property; however, the check in process needs to be simplified. Be prepared to drive approximately 20 minutes to get the CODE to check in. Am still unsure as to why this couldn't have been given to us via phone or email as it is with any other condo we have rented. Otherwise, the condo was great and the balcony furniture was awesome!
