You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds. This condo is also equipped with two youth bunk beds, perfect for children.

Take a short walk down the boardwalk and lounge on the neighboring beach, then grab a delicious meal at the nearby Kiva Grill or Sassy Bass Island Grill. Explore the picturesque sites at the Fort Morgan State Historic Site Museum or nature at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, both a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Location and property are great. Room is in need of some major repair and updating. Bed covering would be nice as well. They supplied sheets but we had to purchase a blanket for our stay.

Nice stay!

Very pleasant stay, everything need for short ocean vacation, especially view from balcony! Morning coffee or evening glass of wine can't be better! Just keep in mind that it is a "studio apartment", so it's fine for 2 people, but more that 2 will be crowd, even it says "sleep 4".

Nice little condo

This condo was perfect for our small family. I do wish that the top bunk had a guardrail, but other than that it was just right for our needs. It was clean, had a full size refrigerator, and the AC worked great. It was lovely to be right on the beach and the kids loved being able to go to the pools and basketball court. We would definitely stay again!

Quick getaway

Overall the property was good. The chairs on the patio need to be changed out and the wax ring on the toilet appeared to be needing to be changed. The view was fantastic of the gulf. This place is great for a small family with smaller children.

Clean but needs some love soon

Great view, clean. Some things in need of repair. Needs some love and a little facelift soon. Vacasa is great about answering quickly with any questions or concerns. It definitely served its purpose, providing a clean place to sleep and a direct view of the beach. Would love to stay here again of the owner would just do a few updates.

It was fine, but could have been better

The beach front view was awesome and is definitely nice. The layout is perfect for two people, but the quality of furniture was sup-par. The recliner in the room has "almost" broken arm rests. One of the chairs on the balcony had the seat ripped and was unusable. The bed was bottom quality and the sheets matched. We only stayed one night and it was fine.

Condo needs work

The condo was very clean but really run down. The vents in the bathroom where falling out of the wall and ceiling, the chair in the living room was peeling very badly, the door to the balcony got stuck so bad that we had to call security to come open it so we could get off the balcony. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken too. We also didn’t get any of the amenity cards so I called to make sure we were supposed to get them (I didn’t want to get charged for not leaving something that I never got to start with. She told me that I was supposed to have gotten cards to use the indoor pool and hot tub and they would be left in our room the next day. We never got them. The kitchen is very tiny so I wouldn’t want to stay here if

Mold/exposed wiring

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this condo. Upon entering the room we were hit with the strong smell of mildew/mold. After looking around we found a disgusting amount of black mold on the ceiling of the closet. There were also exposed wiring on the bottom of the dishwasher. Having a 10 month old crawler, this was very unsafe. Of course, he went right for it. On the positive side, after reaching out to Vacasa about our concerns they moved us to a much nicer condo at no extra charge. So while they did do what they could to make it right, it was very inconvenient. So overall good customer service from Vacasa but I would be cautious if thinking of booking this room.
