  • Our home's unique name is "edens-waters."

    We’re the owners and have just begun hosting our home on VRBO. We’ve rented it out since 2019, but because this is a brand-new listing under our account, reviews from previous stays won’t appear here yet.

    This is a beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a gated community with a private heated pool. This 4700sqft home has very large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (can fit pack n plays!). Elevator, grill, and much more! Family friendly, PET friendly, and we offer luxury services for food delivery, baby, beach necessities! Magnificent sugar sand beaches and ocean views every floor. We Will Price Match! If you can show us an 8 bedroom directly on the ocean with a private pool we are happy to price match. Please message us if you are interested at all! We can't wait to see you at Eden's Waters!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Not covered above in VRBO's options:  Place all sheets and white pillow cases from bed in tub.  Place all towels on top of washer/dryer.  Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle.
 Empty all items out of both refrigerators.  Empty pantry (seriously...empty!).  Pick up all trash in every room and place in trash cans.  Empty all trash cans in home into outside trash cans.
 Double check all drawers and closets for personal items  Close all doors and windows.  Turn off all lights.  Ensure all furniture/decorations are as shown in guide.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If evidence of smoking indoors is discovered, an additional fee of $500 will be charged.(CIGARETTES, CANNABIS, OR VAPING)
Unauthorised guests beyond what is stated in the reservation will result in a $300 per guest per night fee.
If you do not comply with these house rules, your reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
