    Escape to your own slice of paradise in this stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom bayfront condo located in the serene Navy Cove Harbor of Fort Morgan, Alabama. Offering breathtaking views and top-notch amenities, it features two pools, two hot tubs, community boat ramp, and your own private boat slip with a lift.

    The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed with an en-suite bathroom and panoramic views of the bay and gulf. The second bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle underneath, making it ideal for families or groups. The bright and airy living space offers comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the bay! When ready to prepare the days catch, you will love the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances.

    Navy cove is the perfect laid back location to enjoy both the beach and the bay! After a day of playing on the beach or cruising around in your boat, you can kick back and relax by one of 2 sparkling pools or unwind in one of the 2 hot tubs for some real relaxation. For those who love to fish, the marina itself is one of the hot spots for redfish and speckled trout in the area. You don't even need a boat to hook into some nice fish!

    The unit comes with deeded boat slip #52. There is power and water at the slip and a fish cleaning station just down the pier. The slip comes with a 10,000 lb boat lift that is setup for a bay boat. Use of the slip and boat lift are "at your own risk". There are also 4-5 community boat slips that can be used if you are bringing more than one boat.

    This condo is ideally located in the peaceful Fort Morgan area, offering a tranquil getaway while still being close to attractions. Golfers will love the proximity to world-class courses, including Kiva Dunes Golf Club and Peninsula Golf Club. Nearby, you'll also find historic Fort Morgan, the ferry to Dauphin Island, and plenty of fresh seafood dining options. It's truly a laid-back paradise and one of last gulf coast locations that feels like Florida did back in "the old days".

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was so relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for. The views were beautiful and made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time away. The condo itself was very clean, well cared for, and nicely updated with a fresh, comfortable feel. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views.Only complaint is if you are a coffee drinker, the coffee pot is very cheaply made. Made my coffee taste like plastic.
