Beach-Front Condo on the 8th Floor for a Small Family or Romantic Getaway

Phoenix 7 Unit #811...This condo is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic retreat, or a family with small children. You will love the spectacular views from this balcony...they are breathtaking!!

Enjoy the comfortable living room furniture after a long day of fun, and relax with our new 55" Smart TV. The kitchen has fabulous views as well as granite countertops with a lot of working space. At the counter there is seating for two and at the dining table there is seating for four. Another table with four chairs is on the balcony as well as a lounge chair. You will love relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening....all the while enjoying the spectacular views. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, new flat screen television, and a sink, vanity counter and bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed for the kiddos!

This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo sleeps four and has a panoramic view of the beach and the boats entering and exiting the Perdido Pass. This condo also comes with the owner's private, underground parking spot! This is a huge perk! No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach...close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend. All the amenities were great. Access to the beach and we even rented beach chairs and an umbrella. Check-in and out were super easy and the owner/manager provided great information and instructions. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Hope to be back.

The condo was well appointed with nice furniture, however some needed a little repair nothing major however. It was a beautiful view of the ocean with a nice balcony and balcony furniture. The location is convenient to all amenities and stores that you need to go to in around Orange Beach.

Amazing views!

Great location! We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, watching all of the boats go out and come in at the pass. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Check-in was smooth. It was nice to have someone at the front desk, in case you needed something during your stay. We also liked the covered parking spot that was included with our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location! The unit was very pleasant kitchen well stocked. Parking space in garage was convenient. The bathtub/shower had sand in it from previous guest but we were on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a small condo in the area. Had to cut stay short but enjoyed the time spent there.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very easy from check in to check out. I can honestly say it felt like home and not just somewhere I was staying. It was very clean. The view was amazing. I would definitely come back if I was needing a quite getaway. Your home was beautiful. I always wipe everything down when I stay somewhere. I did not even wipe your countertops off, it was clean.

Much needed vacation

Place was clean and nice as advertised. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Parking spot that is included was nice being under ground and shaded plus not having to pay for the spot is a plus. Would stay here again. Slow week as far as crowds go no issues with anyone or waiting for elevators. Only issue was the door handle/keypad to get in was a bit loose and would not lock after you walked out had to mess with it a few times to get it to lock. Overall enjoyed it and would stay again just need the keypad worked on.
