a short walk to the long fishing pier (one of the only fishing piers on ocean side!)
- professionally treated for insects/pests, mold/mildew prevention, etc.
The master bedroom has - Full length mirror, comfy king bed, ocean view, private balcony door, sitting chair, two nights stands, TV, double.closet and full private bath with tub/shower!
Guest bedroom has -
Bunkbed plus trundle! two full beds and one twin bed! Plus a nightstand, chest, TV, closet and only 3 feet from a full bathroom w/tub shower combo!
The living room has -
a queen leather sleeper sofa,
Wooden storage cabinet w/games & books, a direct view of the ocean with sunrise & sunset views, a private balcony w/cushioned furniture!(not found on most condo balconies) Plus is open to the dining area and full kitchen!
The kitchen has cookware, dinnerware, all major appliances and basic small appliances plus standard coffee maker, etc. (most listed in amenities section) plus a pantry closet and separate laundry area with washer/dryer.
Walking distance to grocery, convenient store, Waffle House, other restaurants, etc.
