Broadmoor 602 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo offering stunning views from the 6th floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms, with tile is throughout the remainder of the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three barstools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a comfortable seating area, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Enjoy convenient keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. A maximum of ONE car is allowed from June 28th to July 8th.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

This place was great! Right on the beach! Beach is very nice Great view of the ocean! There r not many places to eat, shopping or things to do close by. FloraBama is a half mile walk on the beach. Pillows on the beds are not comfortable at all! They are big & hard. Itrip was very responsive & helpful No real complaints We would stay here again

No busy high rise condo here!

Great place for 2 couples to stay. Very clean and quiet; not crowded at all. If you’re looking for something with most of the amenities (minus a lazy river) it’s here. Pool, hot tub, sauna, small gym area…our unit even had a separate bar area with an additional ice machine! Will definitely go back.

The views from the balcony at Broadmoor 602 were beautiful. The place was clean and really nice. I loved it. There was an issue with a broken dryer knob and they promptly fixed it. Couldn't be happier and would stay there again.

Great location and amenities. True to listing. The balcony and view from the Master bedroom is phenomenal. Could use a deep clean (heavy dust in areas), but overall was great. The only complaint we had was the Master bedroom fan. The fan blades “hang” and it’s very beautiful! But if you’re over 6’ it will whack you in the head! We will definitely book this property again.

Broadmoor is the Best Beach condo

We are in early 70s. The Broadmoor was attractive to us because it was not surrounded with high rise condos on each side. To the west of us was several houses so the impact on the beach was low density and minimal. Lots of great things about 602. There are two ice makers!! One at the wet bar and one jn refrigerator. The master bedroom was big with a king size bed and windows on two sides. Loved the huge soaker tub and spacious shower. I will stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We spent approximately five weeks at this beautiful location. The unit was spotlessly clean, very well stocked, and in a convenient location for shopping and/or dining . Everything was exactly as shown on the web site, and was one of the nicest places we have stayed in Orange Beach. There was a slight hiccup with the clothes dryer, but when we called and explained the problem, the manager promptly sent a service technician to the unit, and the dryer was fixed within 24 hours. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. At the time we were there, there was some construction going on, and the parking garage was closed. This caused parking to be at a premium, but we were always able to find a spot, and it never became an issue for us. We definitely would rent here again. Itrip Alabama is easy to contact and work with every time we book through them.

clean, comfortable, great beach access

This place is now at the top of our list and we will do our best to return here! The condo was very clean and well equipped. The layout of the rooms was great and functioned as two primary suites! The beds were comfortable though the pillows were a bit too large/hard for our preference. The beach access is the shortest walk to our rented chairs of any other building we have stayed in over the years of vacationing at OB. The building was quiet, the beaches were not crowded. Communication was top notch, with responses within minutes. They were very accommodating in making several changes to our travel plans, including early check in and late check out! Can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful Condo on a beautiful beach

The condo was immaculate, comfortable, very spacious, and beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach. It's in a quiet location away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Finally back after 25 years.

Super easy to check in and out. We loved the views and the beach. Super clean with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Great water pressure in nicely decorated and renovated bathrooms. The parking in the deck was very tight with no wiggle room. The toaster was inoperable and the pillows were huge and overly firm.
