  • Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as Caribbean style decor make this 1,542 square foot, three bedroom, two bath sixth floor condominium a renter's favorite.

    Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

    Other features include a tiled master bedroom and fully carpeted guest bedrooms, 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Excellent location, East beach access and several pools.

Very enjoyable place to stay. The layout of the property is perfect, pools were great, many good restaurants nearby. The only negative is the walkway to the beach gets very very hot, don’t walk on it barefoot.

Perfect location, great pool, steps to beach

The property was great! The location was perfect - we could walk to grocery, shops and restaurants. The pools were very nice. My only complaints are the lack of overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Also, the sheets on the king bed were too small and didn’t stay on the mattress. Overall - nothing serious and we had a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back.

Had an excellent time on this stay! Property is conveniently located across the street from supermarkets, restaurants and beach shops, all in walking distance. On the beach side, access was not crowded, unlike surrounding properties, which was a big plus. Check-in process was smooth, unit was ready a little earlier than check-in time, was clean and matched the pictures from the listing. Overall a great stay, my family was sad we had to go back home. Definitely recommended and will be our go to for next visits to Orange Beach.

No issues at all except we noticed food (snacks like cubed pretzels?)under the sofa. We were able to see it before toddler grandchildren, so it wasn't an issue. The remainder of the condo was clean.We would certainly return to this unit.

Extremely disappointed! Don’t give Seachase your money & business

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely disappointing! I reserved a week in August for a vacation with my sons before they left for school again. The Tuesday before we were supposed to leave I got COVID and a few days later my son fell sick with it. Despite being miserably sick I called several days before check in to let them know we would not be coming and to see if we could get any of our money back or if we could postpone it for a different week. They refused to do anything and even kept the cleaning fee and parking fee! I was extremely disappointed that they would not work with me at all. They kept all of the money we paid thereby preventing us from scheduling another vacation when we were well due to cost. Ultimately my son and I both recovered and I am thankful for that. Just a warning for everyone else! This is not a place you want to do business with unless you just have money to throw away.

The condo was very clean and had all that we needed. The only complaint is not enough towels and washcloths for the week for 8 people-had to wash sometimes twice a day. We love staying at the Seachase!
