Imagine waking up to stunning, unobstructed Gulf views from your private balcony in this spacious beachfront 3 bedroom condo. Located on the fourth floor of low-density Romar Place in Orange Beach, Romar Place 404 offers 1,301 suare feet of comfort just steps from the sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf.

This family friendly beach condo features a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer and a luxurious master bathroom with a relaxing garden tub/shower.

Sleeping accommodations include:

*King bed in the Gulf front master bedroom with private bath and oversized tub

*Queen bed in the second bedroom

*Two twin beds in the third bedroom

*Two rollaways, a Pack 'n Play and a high chair for little ones

Enjoy restort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, beach-side sun deck, indoor pool and outdoor grilling area. On the beach, unbrellas and lounge chairs are available for rent.

Our family loved our stay! Sally shared her beautiful place with us. Lots of room to spread out for our family of 5. The pool was such a hit for our kids, and we loved the ease of getting right on the beach. The giant porch was our fav for both morning and evening views and to listen to the waves. Sally was fantastic! She was easy to stay in contact with and made sure that things were great for us. We would absolutely stay again if (when;) we get back to Orange Beach.

Perfect Beach view

Sally has a wonderful condo on the beach with great beach views. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans, Osprey, and seagulls fly by every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the many dolphin pods swim by and play. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The grocery store was nearby as well as restaurants, a nature preserve, and pretty much anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again as we have no complaints.

We stayed for 8 nights in August. Sally was a great host and communicated with us extremely well. The property is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and balcony were amazing. Shopping and Restaurants are conveniently located near the condo. One of our favorite restaurants is Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again. Excellent experience!!

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular! We got beautiful sunrise pictures. Dolphins swam by everyday that we stayed. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. Gulf shores is a very short drive away where there are even more restaurants and things to do. Wolf Bay restaurant across the street is a great place to eat. Check out Fish City Grill in gulf shores, it’s an awesome restaurant. If you want a great dessert try The Yard it’s fantastic. The owner Sally was awesome to work with.

Amazing and kid friendly

Great and easy experience. Loved all the kid friendly touches with plastic plates and cups, the high chair and pack n’ play. Very clean and so easy to check in. Sally was very helpful with any and all questions. When we go back to the beach we will definitely try to stay here again!
