Boardwalk 1084 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 10th floor. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance of shops and dining. Sea N Suds is located in front of the complex.

Living Areas & Bedroom:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace (with or without heat)

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

Check-In & Parking:

• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed. This complex has parking across the street, and one or both cars may need to be parked on that side, depending on availability.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The location was good as it was close enough to walk to key places but just far enough from the extremely busy public beach area and parking. The beach and the restaurant on the beach at the site were active but not super busy as the stretch of beach towards the public parking area was. Having a pool on site was also very nice.

Condo pictures were accurate in listing! Very cute place for two! Great location very close to the beach…with an excellent restaurant nearby! Elevator was very quick w/no wait time! We would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again! We enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Boardwalk in Gulfshores!

Beautiful

Very clean, gorgeous view, had absolutely no issues. The AC was nice and cold even with the heat outside. We didn’t want to leave! I was unsure of what needed to be done with the bedding or dirty towels so I put the bedding in the washer and piled towels up in the bathroom.

Gulf Shores Gem

My family and I loved our stay in Gulf Shores Boardwalk. Perfectly appointed condo on the 10th floor. Parking was easy. Access to the beach and our view were fantastic! Some great restaurants were a very short drive from the condo. I would recommend staying here.

Spring Beach Vacation 2024

The condo we rented was very clean. The view was amazing! We really enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the water. Also, really enjoyed all the tv channel options since we did have one rain day.

In need of beach time!!

It was perfect for us. Not big enough for more people. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Our main goal was to relax on the beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be back.

Comfortable Room

Our stay was from Monday till Thursday---we were given all of the info we needed to do an easy checkin . Got to the room and it was cleaned and ready for us with everything being in it's place. Beds were comfortable and slept well each night. We didn't take much time for the TV but did enjoy a Sunset Dolphin boat ride and a deep sea fishing trip. Would stay there again if in Gulf Shores.

Everything was great !

We enjoyed our stay, The condo was as described ,with everything we needed it appears to have been recently updated and was nicely appointed. Location was convenient, within walking distance to several restaurants (also had a super convenient market across the street . If there was anything we would change it would be access to a bathroom by the pool . BUT, that not withstanding, would definitely recommend this property.

Winter Getaway

Wonderful vacation! The view of the ocean from the deck is spectacular, especially as I had my morning coffee! The accommodations were clean and just the perfect size for the two of us. Centrally located to everything. Every household accessorie is present in the kitchen. One issue we ran into was my husband got locked out of the condo at 8:50 am on the day we were checking out. The entry keypad would not accept the combination. The combination was supposed to be good until 10 am, luckily I was still in the condo. Other than that incident, everything was great!

The condo as a great location , the beach steps away, the pool area is large. The pillows are all old and flat so bring your own. The couch pullout bed was not comfortable if you plan on using it.There were also no area rugs anywhere, it is all tile which is slippery when wet and sandy. as wellThepullout

Kitchen appliances worked Full sized frig w Ice maker was adequate TV's in both rooms worked great w app options available Towels (4), face towels (4) were adequate although we brought our ownBed was comfortable (although pillows not so much)Safety & security of outter door was a lil squirrely * make sure you pull it fully closed as it will not latch on its own.Ceiling fans were adequate. Cons:Tub drain sucks. As you shower the water builds up in the tube. Water pressure not very good so it takes longer to shower and rinse outb your hair. Last night the toilet started ti constantly run and took forever to fill.Perhaps add loungers to the deck instead of hard wooden uprights Overall our stay was really nice.Just those few hiccups created an annoyance that was livable.I did notice the 2 elevators smelled terribly and are never cleaned. It gives a negative energy to the building. Would I choose this property again....probably not however it was a good stay

Awesome place to stay!

Condo seems to have been renovated in the kitchen and bath! It was beyond clean and beautiful. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay there again. The only drawback was the patio furniture needs updating. The cushions were very worn and the table and chairs were somewhat wobbly. The mattress slept great but the headboard needs to be attached to the frame. Every time one of us would turn over it hit the wall. Improvised and put a pillow between it and the wall! Lol Those were the only two things and they were minor issues! Can’t wait to go back again!

Honeymoon

Went here for a little quiet retreat before our honeymoon started. Bare bones were good. Had minor issues. 1 out of the two elevators needed mechanical work so that was slightly annoying when they shut it down given rooms on the 10th floor. Also key code stopped working 1 hour before checkout, luckily we never left together to load up. Views were amazing from balcony. Beach was steps away. Unfortunately they were doing construction during morning hours on pool area so that was kinda noisy so didn’t get to enjoy that as much as we would of liked. The quiet relaxation was nice but wouldn’t go here if you’re a party type. Notices around building constantly warned about noise and 1 warning policy about being asked to leave. Don’t know how serious they take it but seemed a little excessive so heads up. Also bring toiletries. You’re given 1 roll toilet paper/paper towels and 1 mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner/soap. Bring extra if staying more than weekend. If not there’s an convenience store across the street.
