"Check in was a little difficult to find, but the staff was super friendly. Room was nice, lots of room. Restaurant and pool were amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The ocean view was beautiful it was perfect. The room was nice. Housekeeping needs to improve requested service three days in a row and never got any front desk was accommodating with sending up, clean towels, etc.. Bed was horrible. One of the most rude individuals I ever met in my life was the bartender at one of the bars. He really needs to go. On the other hand, Restaurants are outstanding food really good. I know they are recovering from the hurricane, but I believe they have a way to go yet. Little things around the property all add up for the price I would expect more amenities."

"The property was ok but overpriced for what it was. If you want breakfast, get there WELL before it ends at 10, or there is nothing left (I managed to feed my kids one day out of four that we were there). Housekeeping was inconsistent. The outdoor pool was not clean. The hotel backs up to a Walmart but it was quiet. There are two "highly-rated" but awful cafes on the same street. Food choices for anything decent close by are limited. Check in time is late and check out time is early. "
