He is excellent at communicating as we were arriving very late on a Friday night and he did everything to ensure that our check in was smooth. The dogs were free to explore and our fellow campers were very cordial. I lived the proximity to both Crystal River and Rainbow Springs State Park. We ate at Swampy's which was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we had an excellent experience and plan on going back again every time we head up to that area. :)"
