"I stayed in the king suite with a balcany. A bit of a wait for check in but it went smoothly. The warm cookie was delicious. Plenty of space to hang out with others after the main event in the suite. The room is outdated and the carpet and furniture need to be cleaned. There was no pation chairs for the balcony to sit and enjoy. There's a kitchen but no pots/pans or utensils available. This would have made the stay better because all I needed to do is order groceries and have them delievered to cook. I was able to bring my leftovers and heat up in the microwave. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Our food was cold. I won't eat there again. I tried to order room service on sunday night and was told it wasn't available I had to order from the bar and pick it up. Also, the website states hotel shuttle available to the airport. This is not true. The pool area was spacious and I was able to enjoy without a crowd. The hotel was overall clean."

"Okay hotel. Complicated to get around. Really focused on the casino. Pricey if you aren't there to gamble. Not really a front desk. Rooms are large with a view. Pretty basic otherwise."

"We enjoyed our stay, loved being just across from the beach. A little disappointed, our partial ocean view was looking down at a cement rooftop parking lot with just a peek at the beach and ocean. Dont forget to budget for the resort fees, just under $40 a day with extra taxes. And we are glad we didn’t get a rental car because we were able to get around everywhere we wanted to go."

"Our stay was right after the hurricane and they were dealing with electrical outages, wifi and cable outages, but the employees handled it with grace and treated us with the upmost care."
