"The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Shawn, the barkeep. We stayed 7 nights in a 2 rm two bed unit with a kitchen area that contained a microwave, full size fridge, kitchen sink and single brew coffee maker. There were no towels, wash cloths, paper towels or soap at that sink. Housekeeping seemed to only restock bathroom and coffee supplies. No bed making or sheet changing. The couch was old, the cushions sagged and there was a 6” red stain on it. . The chair was old and sagging too. There was no table. The “closet” was a 2 foot bar with only 4 hangers. The main TV was only an app TV so no local channels. You need your own logins for other shows. The carpet was filthy. I mean, white socks were ruined. Did not dare walk barefoot. The shower had no water pressure and was dark. Only one light in the bathroom and it wasn’t by the shower. They did provide body wash, conditioner and shampoo. There were two elevators for my building. One was out of service off and on during the stay. Housekeeping also used these elevators so sometimes you had to wait. Once I had to wait four times before I could step on. The main (always working) elevator did not have an inspection document. The other one expired Aug of 2025. Only one of the elevators accessed the 5th floor. The other would stop but not open. We had to wait 5 minutes in it once before it would move on. The hot tub was closed 1 day and the pool was opened 2 hrs late. The staff even complained about how old the place was."
