Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy living room with a cozy fireplace — perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun. The fully renovated kitchen makes it easy to whip up snacks or family meals, with plenty of counter space, new appliances, and a cheerful breakfast nook surrounded by windows.

The primary suite is designed for relaxation, featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and roomy closet, while two additional bedrooms and a sofa bed in the LR give everyone their own space to unwind.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a new deck and privacy fence — ideal for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply enjoying the Florida breeze.

THINGS TO BRING:
The home is stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and bath towels.
We provide a starter kit with:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom,
1 roll of paper towels,
2 trash liners,
1 laundry soap packet,
1 dish detergent pod (under the kitchen sink).
For longer stays, you may need to restock these items.
Bring or purchase your own soap, shampoo, and other essentials.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
