This new construction home has everything your family needs for your next visit to the area. The kitchen features all high-end stainless steel appliances and it is well equipped for anything you want to prepare. There are new granite countertops in the kitchen and in all three bathrooms. The huge master suite is complete with a very spacious bathroom you would have to see to believe. The living room area is an open-concept design which is shared with the kitchen and dining area. There is a bunk room for the kids which has one twin bed and a full bed. With queen beds in the other two guest bedrooms, there is plenty of room to comfortably sleep 9.



This home is situated on a large lot with a fenced-in backyard. It's perfect for afternoon BBQ on the grill or playing catch in the backyard. There is also a large, screened back patio for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.



Dogs will be considered with approval. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of pets. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made.

- No smoking inside - if smoking outside, please dispose of all butts properly



- No events or parties



- No street parking allowed



- No trailer, boat, or RV parking allowed per neighborhood association



- 9 person occupancy strictly enforced at all times



- Must be 25 years old to reserve house



- We require one member of the party over 25 to be at the unit the entire stay



- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking



- A security deposit or Limited Damage Waiver is required at booking



- Management must be notified of any pet(s) prior to your stay. A $100 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added on after reservations are made. If management is not notified and evidence of a pet(s) is found in or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refunds of rent or deposit.
