Welcome to our guesthouse, The Easy Breezy Cottage! We are located in a quiet neighborhood ONLY 15 mins from white sand beaches!! The cottage is surrounded by wood fencing for your privacy. There are many dining options and grocery stores located nearby. There are many fun activities to explore and experience in the gulf coast area! We look forward to seeing you on your quest for a peaceful relaxing trip to sunny Florida!

Easy Breezy Cottage

The Easy Breezy Cottage was a great place to stay! The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Family friendly and great for single stays as well. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Check in was a little difficult. Did not receive lock code until late evening. Had to contact VRBO twice the day of to get lock code from host. Other than that the stay was great. Perfect for one person or a couple. Comfy and quiet. The AC works great. It’s like a private hotel room with a small yard and bbq grill. Worked out perfect for me. I would stay again.

Owners were very nice and quickly responded to our AC problem. I don’t think we were misled, but probably did not due our diligence when booking. It is important to understand what this rental provides and does NOT provide before booking. Nice bed, a large TV with Roku only, and a nice bathroom. There is no kitchen with the only sink being in the bathroom. There is a small microwave and plastic serving ware only. Even with access to a gas grill, cooking is essentially not practical. There is a decent small refrigerator with a freezer but for most intents, this is a hotel room without an ice machine or vending machines. Also, NO place to hang clothes! A nice place as long as one understands exactly what you get and don’t get. There is a sofa that pulls out, but we didn’t use that.

Beautiful little cabin

First impressions were this looks great. Also very comfortable and very clean. Great shower, bed, and TV. Coffer maker was just what we needed. Last impression, this was a great stay.

Upon arriving I was so excited to see how cute this little place was! When inside it was even cuter. Super comfortable for myself and my friend. Nice bathroom with travel soaps. I really loved the little snack basket as well, such a cute and thoughtful touch.
