"Appropriately listed and priced. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the central location for biking both directions and all over the island. It is possible to bike more than 30 miles and not leave the island which makes this a great island for us to visit and the house to base from. The owner is very responsive. The Internet name was different than listed but the owner quickly helped me get on track. "

Walking distance to the main area of the island, playground, shops, coffee and donuts, and ice cream. Communicating with the owner was easy. There is a Subway restaurant below the unit, but the workers there were pleasant and unfazed by our 4 kids stomping around. My favorite part was that you get a great sunrise and sunset view as the property’s porch faces the Gulf. We would return in a heartbeat! "
