Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a bit too far from Venice, so a taxi will cost around 30-35 euros each way. A/C and shower are not good. A/C does not cool down enough and shower is too small (standard for Novotel)"
