"Huge, spacious stone house fully renovated. It was a pleasure staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town. That means a little walk to the river, fort, etc, but on the other hand it means it's very easy to get street parking.The only improvement I could suggest is to maintain the garden area just...

"Les photos sur le site sont bien retouchees, car a l interieur de l appartement c est sombre et tres vetuste, il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement partout, vieux canapé, literie tres vieille, draps uses, un monsieur qui loge au sous sol nous a dit de couper le chauffe eau des qu on fait a manger sion ca saute"

"Tout est parfait dans cet appartement bien agencé, super confortable et très bien équipé (rien ne manque). La localisation est optimale par rapport aux lieux touristiques. Epicerie et boulangerie dans le village, supermarchés à moins de 10mn, Paimpol à 15mn.Et pour nous qui avons une voiture électrique, la cerise sur le gâteau : 2 bornes électriques à 100m de l'appartement, sur le parking du village, toujours disponibles et à très bas tarif. "
