"The only downside to our stay here was that it was not long enough!! We stayed as a stop back to the uk but wish we had booked for longer. The location I can’t imagine there is a better located place to stay in the city. Can literally see the beautiful dome of the cathedral from our bed! "Really nice hotel close to Calais, but in a quiet contryside setting. We had a great family room with a view of the gardens, and the hotel supplied a travel cot for our baby. We didn't get to uset he pool, but the restuarnt is lovely. Very nice staff, great food, let down slightly from the number of flies buzzing around."

"Great location to access Calais Plage and the Eurotunnel. Clean and comfy and very pleasant staff. If booking via Expedia be aware that most people (including myself) were under the impression they had already paid but hadn't. Payment is taken on arrival which suprised me and the fsmily in front of us and many other customers according to the lady on reception. This is an issue with Expedia booking process though and not the hotel itself."

"Lovely modern and refreshed room. Nice view out to the water. No noise from outside when the windows were closed. Excellent amenities .. bathrobe, slippers, kettle and tea and coffee. Plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. Staff were pleasant and made you feel welcome. Free parking outside. We arrived when market was on so had to park a 5 or 6 minute walk away but that wasn’t a problem. Close to the square and beach. Would recommend and would return again if I was staying in Calais."
