Super location. The breakfast was served on an elegant table setting. The gentleman who served breakfast was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful. Great bed and shower. The only improvement that would nice would be to replace the aging carpet in the room with a hard surface floor. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, in the middle of the historic center and because of that it is the very best location. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met anywhere. They are willing to help and accommodate you always with a genuine smile on their faces. For sure, if I return to Guimaraes, I will stay right there again!

The personnel are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Except for the parking that is a little challenging, we had a great two days with excellent breakfast a la carte, not a buffet

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was a nice size and very clean. They had an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location and is in walking distance to everything. The parking is limited but the staff offers valet service to accommodate their guests which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely property on the edge of the old town. Parking interesting but quickly sorted. Excellent and helpful staff. Great room and wonderful breakfast in the morning. Cannot rate it too highly. Very convenient to explore the old town.

Loved that it was in an old part of town, close to everything on foot, on street parking reserved for hotel guests was very helpful, the bridge over old street to living areas and musical school adjacent were fun.

The room a nice size and comfortable.and the breakfast was excellent. Thr room was chilly, and the heating inefficient, and you couldnt open any windows.

This hotel was modernly renovated and very spacious. Excellent facilities, hotel carparking, fantastic location in old town close to restrauants and historical sites. We did not choose to have the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment.Staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent Hotel in Perfect Location
We were here for eight days and used it as a base whilst we revisited towns in Northern Portugal. It is in a great location in the old city. Our spacious suite overlooked the Largo de Toural square and due to the double window sound proofing the room was quiet and peaceful. We also had double doors to the lobby. Breakfast was good and served at the table by friendly staff. The reception staff could not have been more helpful particularly regarding ensuring that we had car parking. We stayed in high season and yet our rate was excellent value.

Great Location In The Heart Of The City
Located right in the centre of the city the hotel offers a unique blend of old and new. Spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and all of the places of interest within easy walking distance. A special must go to Marta, Pedro and Gentil who went out of their way to make our stay in the hotel very special.
