We arrived at the property. We had to carry out luggage up the stairs. I think they should have a bellman closer to the door. I had him take our luggage upstairs after we checked in. We reserved and paid for ocean view room. We were told this was a renovated room. To be honest i did not feel this was a renovated room. The shower had no water pressure. Maybe they did a quick renovation. Re caulk and re grout. The bathtub faucets and shower were older. The sink basin was not new.

Our stay was very nice. Our room and the hotel was really clean. the staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good with many options to eat. They also upgraded us to a superior room which was a plus for us because it was a nice gesture.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The apartment was a good size and easily walkable to the beach, town square, restaurants etc. Apartment was a little dark and not a lot of amenities, but location was perfect.

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"A very pleasant stay and warm welcome by Isabella. Just a small criticism is that the hotel did not have the name written on it anywhere, so it was difficult to identify the building. It was only by luck that Isabella met us on the road that we found the hotel."
