"Great hotel! Just got back from AC Tower, I’ve been upgraded to a balcony room ( as a member ) without even asking, thank you. "Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need.
