"Casa Verde" with 65 m² offers 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room as well as an antique kitchen house in the inner courtyard and a roof terrace. Kitchen with 4-plate electric cooker, microwave, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and kettle. A daily bread delivery service is available. Towels and bed linen are sufficiently available. 22 sqm courtyard seating area and pergola. there is also a 40 sqm roof terrace with dining table and parasol. Each bedroom has its own shower room with toilet and bidet. Shared washing machine. Beach towels should be brought. For entertainment there is satellite TV with radio and DVD and internet via W-LAN. Solar-heated community pool, sauna and whirlpool with permanently 38 ° C warm water. There is a supermarket, bars and a restaurant 4 km away. It is about 8 km to the nearest beach, 15 minutes to the nearest golf course and 35 km to the airport. On request, WiFi can be received in the holiday home for a fee of € 10 / week.
