"Couldn’t fault the staff or the property, restaurant booking was difficult and frustrating, menus limited. Pool areas lovely, as was the room. The worst thing however were entitled rude guests, I feel for the poor staff having to deal with them. Just because you have a bit of money to afford nice places doesn’t mean you have to behave badly! One particular woman needed a personality transplant, all she did was moan and walk around with a miserable face!!"

"There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons include: the hotel claims 7 swimming pools, but 4 are maybe 2 inches deep, and only 1 pool is heated so the other 6 are unusable. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Everything seems to be an inconvenience to them. Drinks are slammed in front of you, you’ll have to wait 20mins to be served. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok, nothing spectacular. There were few occasions however we were given dirty cutlery and cups with lipstick on. Room amenities were not great. In 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked, the baths were broken, one of which would only work while the shower was running. Vegetarian options are seriously lacking at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Night time entertainment is decent, however extremely cold in the off season with no indoor alternative options. The “Spa” was also no spa at all. Our group paid €105 for a private jacuzzi, which turned out to be just a bath tub. It should have been clearly labelled on the booking as a jacuzzi bath. "

"Room was great. Very clean. Paid for a double, got a twin with beds pushed together. NOT GOOD! We were charged €1 for four cubes of ice at the bar. Never been charged for ice ever at a hotel. Reception was always crowded and understaffed. Staff apart from Angel were rude and sarcastic if and when you got to talk to them. Breakfast was quite good. Omelette bar was very nice. Decent food throughout. The bacon was reconstituted bacon loaf cut into slices. Not disgusting, it’s bacon; but not as you know it. Real bacon would be far better and they claim to be a four star hotel. Real bacon would be more fitting at a four star hotel. No amenities around the hotel. One local shop didn’t sell drinks, only water and it’s very over priced. Rather than be ripped off, I bought anything I needed through a delivery app. Pool was nice. Pool area nice and clean. I think later in the year you would have sun-bed wars!!"

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Letting us stay extra hours because of our flight being later in day"

"From start to finish everything brilliant, when we arrived the ladies on reception were amazing in dealing with our check in and the same on check out 5 stars to them, well deserved, our 1st time at the the Wyndham but certainly not our last."

"We stayed at Allegro Isora in January and were lucky to have absolutely fantastic weather — plenty of sunshine and perfect temperatures for relaxing by the pool. It was an ideal winter escape. The hotel has three swimming pools, which is a big plus. There was always space to relax, and the pool area had a great holiday atmosphere. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable — fun, lively, and something to look forward to after dinner. It really added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There was a good variety, everything was fresh, and we always found something we enjoyed. The overall atmosphere around the hotel felt friendly and relaxed, making it a pleasant place to spend our holiday. However, the rooms are quite tired and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. Some of the areas around the pool also look a bit worn and in need of updating. While everything was functional, the interiors don’t reflect a modern standard. Overall, we had a very nice stay thanks to the weather, food, pools, and entertainment. If you’re looking for a sunny getaway with a great atmosphere and don’t mind slightly dated rooms, it’s a solid option."
