Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included in price (15 Euros per person, per day). Rooms are OK and large. Furniture a little dated but OK. I know we are in Germany but TV channel choice could be better?

I had asked for vegan options for breakfast and I have to say I have never had such a considerate and welcoming breakfast! Really lovely and so nicely displayed. Would definitely book again just for the breakfast. Also very lovely and helpful staff at the reception.

Only stay here if price is important. Very run down hotel. Looks better from outside that it is. Good price for roof over your head.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Es war alles okay, besonders auch, dass ich bei meiner sehr späten Ankunft um 21Uhr(verursacht durch das Schneechaos) noch an der Rezeption meinen Schlüssel bekam, danke dafür und für das super Frühstück am Morgen.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Möglicherweise gibt es 2-3 renovierte Zimmer, wir hatten keines davon. Die Erwartungen waren überhaupt nicht erfüllt und wir waren froh, spät angereist und früh abgereist zu sein. Frühstück war ok

Im Haus und den Zimmern ist Teppich verlegt, der seit langem großflächig verschmutzt ist. Der Vorhang ist eingerissen. Betten ok. Die Zimmertüre ließ sich von Innen einmal nicht mehr öffnen.

スタッフはフレンドリーで清掃もきちんとなされていましたが、施設が古く、特にドアキーが開けづらく大変でした。またシャワーの温度管理が難しく火傷しそうな湯が出る、以前はあった冷蔵庫が無い、ホテルに関するインフォメーションが部屋に無いなど不便な点が多くありました。
