"The location and view is amazing. But the cleanliness is quite unsatisfied; we stayed for 7 nights but they don’t change the bed sheets until you request, that red spot I noticed has taken picture(below) on day 1 and day 3. And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they don’t understand or they don’t have, especially they can’t...

"Instead of driving , we need to cancel our car and took a taxi for our first night accommodation. Elderly staff who look after the property help us to order dinner as there isn’t any thing to eat and no bus stop outside the property. For the very good price of one night and we are thankful that elderly help us to bring down our luggage (really need to learn to travel light ) "

"All the staff members were kind and helpful but the facility is old and run down. There was dust everywhere in our room and bathroom looked as if the showers had mold. I think this is due to the fact the facility is old.
You're only given 1 key per room that key powers the room. So if you take the key out. All electricity turns off.
They charge 10,000 won per hour for a late checkout after 11am.
They provide 2 bottles of water each day but they don't provide full size towels in the bathroom....
