"beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(....

The room was full of character, the bathroom spotless, our meal in the Locanda restaurant superb and we even enjoyed the 15 minute uphill walk into Assisi! Sicuramente è più fruibile d'estate (piscina, maneggio, spazi esterni con area bimbi) ma anche d'inverno ha il suo fascino (camino, il salone). Gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli e i gestori cordiali e disponibili. Non lontano ci sono molti posti da vedere. WiFi più che accettabile."

"Amazing location! Great pool with astounding views. The rustic chic style of the place is gorgeous! The real surprise was the truly excellent food! Dinner was delicious!!! The only downside were the wasps. I know this is not really in their control. But I saw no attempt to deal with them. None of the guests could eat outside at breakfast. I understand the staff may be used to them, but the guests are absolutely not. I would go back for everything else, but the wasps would stop me from returning...

"The property is very nicely decorated and has a great view on the city of Gubbio. The facilities are big and roomy and nicely decorated. The cousine is excellent! The place seems to be a popular destination for weddings and birthday parties. The room are in a separate building so the parties do not bother, but they are not very sound proof, so if there are noisy guests staying the night you definitely want to have earbuds with you. Also because there is no stuff to call during the night."
