Es un lugar comodo, recién remodelado, bien ubicado y seguro. Lo hemos equipado completamente pensando en ti para una estancia tranquila agradable y de confort Estamos al norte de Guayaquil en La Cdla ietel (Garzota) a 5 y 10 minutos del CC Mall del Sol y del San Marino respectivamente, asi mismo a 7 y 8 minutos del terminal terrestre y del aeropuerto. Estando aca podras llegar caminando a Garzocentro, supermaxi ,Tia, comisariato y a la zona bancaria. te será fácil movilizarte por la cuidad

Cuenta con sala con juego de comedor y cocina equipada con todo, Nevera,Cocina,cafetera entre otros. Aparte cuenta con Habitacion con dos camas de 2 plazas cada una respectivamente con colchones chayde , aire acondicionado, tv de 32 pulgadas, netflix, youtube gratis, closet amplio, baño privado , lavadora y wifi ... Definitivamente no le hara falta absolutamente nada en su estadia.
