Me pusieron una habitación en la que no funcionaba la cerradura y por lo tanto el cuarto no quedaba con llave cuando salía. Estaban todas las habitaciones abiertas, porque me explicaron en ese piso las alquilan por horas.

El hotel es cómodo, el personal muy amable y el desayuno es rico. Al restaurante le falta un poco más de variedad en su carta. El único inconveniente fue que decía que tenía gimnasio y cuándo llegue me dijeron que hace tiempo estaba en reparación, deberían quitar que tienen gimnasio si no se puede usar temporalmente.

UNA EXPERIENCIA INSIGNIFICANTE.

Realmente es un hotel básico, su servicio de restaurant no ofrece una variadidad acorde para los tipos de gustos y necesidades. Solicite un sandwich y realmente el pan demasiado duro. Al momento de pagar tarde más de 20 minutos para cerrar cuenta. Sin contar que hice la reservación y al llegar al hotel no estaba registrada esta reserva y el monto que me habian indicado se incremento casi 2 dolares más.

Me entregaron primero las dos habitaciones y no tenía agua caliente, nos cambiaron y una de las habitaciones era demasiado pequeña nada que ver con las primeras. No me pareció bien de cambiar algo bueno a algo con vista a una pared

Disappointment!!!

New hotel come with grandfather's aircon. The noise will make you unable to sleep the whole night. When you bathing the water will spill out and whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. Difficult to get Taxi service, might waste you 40 minutes just to wait for the taxi. Cost of the restaurant too high. Overall not recommend to stay.

El servicio en la recepción es excelente. El servicio en el restaurante puede mejorar. la zona no se ve muy bonita. En toda la estadía no hubo modo que nos dejaran 2 toallas en el baño.

Todo estuvo perfecto lamentablemente la persona de recepción el día que llegamos y a la 1 de la mañana llamo a la habitación para decirnos que debíamos desocupar la habitación porque según ella solo recervamos una habitación sencilla y no doblé cuando no fue así y están los mails de respaldo porque la reserva la hicimos por internet. Eso fue lo único malo en el servicio lamentable de resto todo perfecto

Mal servicio, camas y almohadas muy incomodas

Una estancia muy incomoda, el hotel esta mal mantenido, el aire acondicionado hacer mucho ruido, las camas y almohadas son viejas e incomodas. El desayuno es malo.
