"Property and rooms were very clean. AC and water worked great. Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Food in buffet and restaurants was good. Beach is beautiful, calm water. Seaweed was cleaned by the staff. A lot of shade. "

"Went with my family for Easter/spring break week! The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious (definitely better than the all inclusives we’ve gone to). And although it was on the smaller side, it made the experience more intimate/lowkey (which we enjoyed)!"

"The Power went out 7 times within 2 Days. Hot means Cold and Cold means Hot when using the shower or sink. It seems as if no one knew what was going on day to day! All though it say "All In-Clusive" beware of how they treat you. They seem as if they don't want it to be inclusive, they want you to be limited in everything."

"Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. We got our own cleaning supplies and unclogged the sinks and showers drain. No close by restaurants or food store. Order your own uber the taxi company the property offers overcharges. "

"This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two."
