"We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. "The staff were really friendly and courteous.The rooms are very basic and dated.The bathroom has a shoeer over the bath which is a big climb in and the water gets on the floor.The bathroom does smell.The beds are comfortable but only one small pillow.The furniture is all chipped and the sliderobe was cracked on the glass.zThe cabinet holding the fridge was hanging apart Only one socket in the room and no sockets near the bed.Aside from this the place was kept very clean but definitely needs a big refurbishment.The food was poor and didnt avail of it after1 day even though we had paid for breakfast as it wasnt great. The swimming pool areas were lovely.The gym was basic but closed early at 18.00."
