This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away. After I explained that we had a ton of luggage she had to come with her car and pick us up. The only reason we went forward with her was because we'd stayed in the building she was taking us to before, and we were exhausted. The building she took us to was clean, quiet, and a nice place. It just wasn't what we booked on the listing. We visit Guate often to see family so we felt the situation was doable, but if you aren't from Guate and don't speak Spanish, I'm not sure I would feel safe with the bait & switch.
