The property we reserved was different from the pictures and didn’t have a balcony.. when I called Expedia they tried to tell me it was a general picture and that I didn’t reserve a room with a balcony or a lake view.. they said lake view was the name of the building it.. the experience was terrible

On n’a jamais été informé que le lac était à sec. Il était au courant depuis 6 semaines. À la date de notre réservation edificio lake view savait que le lac était vide.Très décevant surtout lorsque tu payes plus cher pour avoir une vue spectaculaire
La cuisine était sale
La cafetière était brisée et nous avons eu aucune cafetière de remplacement après l’avoir demandé

Hermoso apartamento, muy recomendado
El apartamento es hermoso, tal cual lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una gran estadía, los utensilios en la cocina están muy completos, los baños bien equipados y todo en general muy lindo. La comunicación con la señora encargada muy fácil y rápida. Muy recomendado el apartamento.
