The Villa has an incredible view of 360 degrees, is 100% equipped, kitchen, lingerie, DirecTv in all rooms, BBQ, large deck and very spacious spaces inside and outside the house, because it has 5,000 square meters of green areas and fruit trees, with private access to the dam and pier. It is located in the best and most exclusive area, close to the Peñol stone.
The main amenities of the farm are:
Own access to the Guatape dam, with Muelle.
Spectacular view from all points of the house, the Piedra del Peñol and the dam.
Capacity up to standard 15 people, total capacity 20.
