"They are in a pedestrian street. Parking is in same building but access is on a different street. Call property ahead of time to coordinate check in and parking. "
"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area.
The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet.
Although the owner has dogs...
"Amazing place, highly recommended. Don't miss dinner at the restaurant and allow them to guide you through the wine selection. Why? Because if you are in this part of the world, wine probably had something to do with it. "
"Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms and really nice service. The hosts Manila and Carlo have a great eye for design and have turned the place into a beautiful place for relaxation. Great selection of wine at the hotel and perfect breakfast. The pool overlooks the vineyards. Definitely coming back! "

Vacation home with POOL - Wine region Piemonte/Italy
10/10 Excellent
"This was overall a great place to stay! We had a warm welcome from the house owners when we arrived. They are very accessible during our complete stay! The house was perfectly clean and cooled down already with the airco. There is a big garden where our dog could freely run around (we just have/wanted to keep it away from the owner's garden). The swimming pool is amazing! It is shared with the owner and oyher guests, but we were always alone in the pool. Very welcome after a trip on a hot day!Nizza monferrato is a nice town to visit, we saw many other activities in the upcoming weekends too. In the near neighborhood there are also very nice places to visit. You can always ask the house owners for tips TIP: certainly try their own wine, it is lovely!"
"This hotel has no idea about hospitality. The first thing we have heard when we arrived after transatlantic flight and a long night drive was:" you didn't park at the right place it's a place for stuff. We have a party so the parking lot is busy". No help was offered with luggage. Not even the idea if they could get the car keys and park the car themselves as they do in the decent hotel. So we had to drag the suitcases through the gravel parking lot.
No luggage racks in the room. So you have to put your luggage on the floor and be on your knees while unpacking and taking your stuff out. Seems like epitome of eco-friendly.
Nobody on the reception after 9:00 p.m. so if you need something go help yourself .
No fridge in the room. If you want to chill your wine or store the cheese in this cheese and wine country go help yourself.
By the way there is no phone in the room so if you want to call reception there is no way to call no matter what you need toothbrush or help.
No wine glasses in the room. When ask for 2x glasses, we were told we will be charged 5 euro per glass! 10 euro for 2 empty glasses! Yeah, hospitality! Have been traveling throughout Europe, never had been asked to pay for empty glasses! New level of "f** you" by these guys!
At 23.36 party music is coming through the window. Our room is on the opposite side of the building from the restaurant, so music is, probably, very loud. I can hardly imagine what other guests are experiencing.
