The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. Historic detached cottage, on the banks of the River Severn Nr Upton & Malvern
We had a lovely stay at Bank Cottage, with a weekend mix of fishing and exploring the local area. Everything from booking to our stay ran smoothly and efficiently. Our host was brilliant and it led to a very enjoyable experience.

Good quality and comfortable accommodation with lake view, serviced daily. Ample parking close to accommodation. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Afternoon Tea was superb!
