The room was immaculate, the staff were absolutely terrific and there was not a thing that could be improved as everything was 100% good. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when a bag with cards and personal items was left in the safe. The staff went out of their way to get it courierd to our next hotel 1550Km away ….. absolutely amazing service. Thank you. Especial mention for Jenny Zehn who arrange our bag to catch us up 👍😁✅

Our stay in Xi’an was excellent — truly a case of getting exactly what you pay for. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making it perfect for a short stay. The facilities and overall value were impressive.The only downside was the strong cigarette smell lingering in the corridors. Although the building is marked as non‑smoking, it’s hard not to suspect that some guests may be smoking inside their rooms. Aside from this issue, everything else about the stay was exceptional.
