"I love the vibe of this hotel! I grew up in China and have lived in New York City for many years. I travel to China by myself to see friends and relatives. I also lead student travel study groups. I always stay in this hotel. Its location is super convenient - you have easy access to both diverse local life and the tourist spots. It's low-key fancy - the founder Liu An designed all the details by visiting his favorite hotels all around the world, going into mountains to find the right stones... The rooms are clean, amenities are sufficient. The breakfast is abundant, thoughtfully selective, and at the same time not-overwhelming. There is the afternoon tea, which is a big attraction for children if you happen to be in the hotel in the afternoon. You see a great balance of solid local Chinese and foreigners from different countries. There are two laundry rooms, each with easy to operate washers and one room (but not the other) has dryers. Enjoy it!"
