部屋の利用説明がない

チェックイン時に予約がないと言われ戸惑いました。 結局、予約が確認できたのですが、もっとしっかりと顧客確認をしてほしい。 部屋の利用説明がなかったので、TVとかシャワーの利用に戸惑いました。 ロケーションが良いので使い勝手の良いホテルです。
