Good value

Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all. The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again.

スタッフの対応が良かったです

駐在の帰国直前の2週間滞在しました。設備は新しくはないですが、ホテルスタッフは日本語ができる人も多いし、対応が良く、とても好感が持てました。部屋内設備に洗濯機は書いてませんが、ベランダのようなスペースに乾燥機能付きの全自動が置いてありました。イオンやセブンイレブンも近く、長期滞在には良いと思います。

家族が日本から戻り、自宅隔離となったために、外泊する必要から利用した。 設備、サービス共に問題になるような点は無かったが、シャワーを使用すると横窓から、隙間風が入ってきて、少し寒かった。気温が高ければ問題無い。 10泊したから、ランドリーがあったのが良かった。

This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage.

房間無異味，還算乾淨吧（廁所有小小強出現）。 地點挺方便，5分鐘就可以去到商場。 早餐很一般，只有很基本的。香蕉有些發黑。 另外無噪聲，很寧靜。

概ね満足

長期出張で、studioタイプの部屋に滞在しました。 全般的に言えば、フロントの方のサービスがよいので満足しました。 コンビニは近いですが、駅からは歩くので地下鉄利用者には不便です。タクシーの運転手はホテルの名前を伝えるだけでは場所が伝わらないことが多いです。 部屋は全体的に古い。シャワールームに外からのスキマ風があり寒かったのが辛かったです。 部屋の冷蔵庫はとても小さいです。 味は日本の一般的なビジネスホテルより少し下です。 長期滞在者向けにしては種類は少なめ。 ワッフルは甘めだけどそこそこ。クロワッサンは歯応えなく香りがない。 コーヒーは美味しくない。 フルーツはまあまあ美味しい。サラダは新鮮。

非常不错的公寓

公寓的清洁和管理基本和高级酒店一样了。房间很大 房间配有厨房 洗衣机 和冰箱，非常适合度假/家庭使用。 公寓一层是自助餐厅，早餐品种和质量都还不错。 酒店处于广州非常繁华的天河城里面的安静小区里，旺中带静。周边的商店和美食餐馆无数。下楼就可以吃喝玩乐。 地铁站离公寓步行距离，去机场火车站 搭乘地铁非常方便。

*** Jane (I think that was the name) was very good. ***The staff accommodated early check in/ late check out requests***But they speak little English***The hotel is in a busy downtown mall area next to VT101. ***Difficult to find***Make sure you have Chinese address printed for the driver***From VT 101, there is ‘Perris Hair’ and then Springdale in the same lane. ***This entrance was closed to vehicles that day***Has a washing machine and a kitchenette***Rooms are two small. If you have two or more suit-cases, there is no room to move.***Only one breakfast comes with the room, if there are two of you, you have to pay for the second one.***Housekeeping was late after 2:00 PM*** There is good safe in the room in a good closet***Basic but good shower with 30 minutes of hot water***Elevator door closes before you get it. But that’s China***Half a block to metro***Little sauna and gym***

The booking reservation was for 2 people and said buffet breakfast was included. On arrival we were told only 1 buffet breakfast was included because of the room type. Expedia didn't reply to my email and we wasted time each day trying to sort this out. On our last day we just went to McDonalds. I recommend staying at a different hotel if you want the convenience of breakfast included. We attended the Canton Fair and the hotel had a bus once per day to/from the venue. I recommend staying at a hotel with more return bus options, I know it costs more but the time you save is irreplaceable.

とても快適に過ごせました。

とにかくロケーションが良いです。地下鉄の駅から近いですし、徒歩圏にたくさん買い物や食事が楽しめる場所があります。お部屋自体は広々していて清潔感もありました。日本語のテレビが見れたこと、洗濯機が付いていたことはとても良かったです。ただ、写真だとお部屋がとても明るいのですが、実際は薄暗かったです。その点だけが気になりました。毎日ペットボトルの水も補充されます。調理はしませんでしたが、調理も出来るキッチンが付いています。フロントの方々もとても親身になってこちらの声に耳を傾けてくれました。長期滞在にお勧めです。朝食は一名分だけ無料でしたが、大人二名、子供一名での予約なので、せめて二名分は付いていたら良かったです。１ベッドルームの為、一名分無料ということでしたが、中途半端な設定のような気がしました。
