My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Merak House Guangzhou. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Our room was excellent, housekeeping did a great job, breakfast was awesome, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also amazing. What made our stay especially memorable was how the hotel helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to prepare our room beautifully with flowers, a cake, and other special touches. We truly appreciated their effort and hospitality. It made our anniversary celebration even more special. The only challenge we experienced was the language barrier. Most of the staff spoke mainly Chinese, so we often communicated through translation apps. Everyone was very patient and helpful, but at times the language barrier made it a little difficult to request certain services or clearly communicate our needs. Other than that, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Everyone treated us with kindness and made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend Merak House Guangzhou, especially to couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Guangzhou. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our anniversary trip so memorable!
