A pleasant surprise. Much nicer than we expected!

The hotel is in a great location very close to the metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful but only one that we dealt with really spoke English so make sure you have a translation app on your phone. With a bit of effort on both sides everything was fine. The rooms are much nicer than we expected for the price and very clean. They are on the small side though. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Good

Feally , it is comforable and clean. Every day serve changing sheets and clean bathroom. And the staff were polite and helpful and there was a resptionist girl called Calra very polite and help me in translating to english and find me places in GZ and appointed them to me.

A fallen apart hotel.

The checkin took a long time as they failed recongised new travelling documenets, the check in staff was ignorant enough to "ASK FOR THE OLD VERSION TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS". Simply ignorant, inconsiderate and ill manner. The air cond is very noisy, bed unclean, shower room falling apart, emptied half shattered fish tank, runied carpet, smelly curtins. I checked in, foreit the room and booked another one immediately even though i paid.

駅から近い

ただ寝るだけと割り切れれば、地下鉄の駅から5分程度、繁華街（第十甫，上/下九路）にはバスで10分くらし。ホテルの目の前にバス停があるので便利。但し窓無く、一人でただ寝るだけでこの価格だったら、十分でまた利用したい。もしホテルでゆっくりしたい、寛ぎたいので思うのであればお勧めできない。ホテルのスタッフも親切で居心地はよかった。

Værelserne er billige og personalet er flinkt og kan hjælpe med at arrangere forskellige ture så man kan se området. Deres engelsk er lidt gebrokkent, men man kan godt forstå hvad de siger. Værelserne bliver gjort rent dagligt, så det kan ikke være bedre og hotellet ligger kun en halv times taxitur fra Guangzhou lufthavn.

房間很小，設施較舊，冷氣機去水管吊在浴室天花位置，成晚滴滴答答滴水......其實之前都住過，知道質素一般，唯一是價格格平宜，近辦事的地方。這次房間開始有免費wifi, 也方便了我這些外來人士。

nice to stay here. the located is near MRT chen clan academy, about 10mins walking. Easy to find food and beverages. But at night it a little quite and dark. Not in busy place. there are bus station in front of hotel

nice location near metro,temple and fast food chains,shopping stores very busy at night time. rude female staff-they only speak english when it benefits them! con-artist!, on arrival i had to pay twice as they claimed that they are not in partnership with expedia, yet the money has come off my card. rude receptionist, they took most of my deposit and charged me for an extra day that i never stayed! won't stay there agin , i had to change my sheets myself on the first night and there was spit all the way down my room wall- yuck! if your not fussy on cleanness, well you can give it a go, as its in a good location and cheap- you get what you pay for!

hotel does not allow me to stay

I arrived at the hotel and showed them the email of my reservation but they do not accept and acknowledge my reservation. They claim they do not have any business dealing with Expedia and do not allow me to stay. I have make my payment to Expedia and I have written to Expedia to refund my payment. Stay out of this hotel.

ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝでは、日本人が、初めてなのか、英語がわからないのか、エクスペディアからの連絡票（英語）が、理解できないようでした。部屋は、大き目のベッド２台で広く、この値段では、ゆっくりできました。が、清潔款に欠けます。中国では、どこもこの傾向がありますが、愛想がありません。笑顔を少しでも見せてくれたら、旅先でホッとするのですが・・・。部屋のカードキーは、毎日変わりました。最初の２日は、いちいちフロントに戻りましたが、その後は、外出から戻るごとに、フロントでチェックしてもらいました。最寄駅から徒歩１０分ほどで、便利な場所です。
