The most irritating factor was that i chose this hotel on the location showed when booking on your map. it was not near that location and took an hour to find. There is no way this is a four star hotel. More like 2.5. None of the staff could speak English.

The 24-hour airport subway station free transfer service is great. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience we had when we arrived in Guangzhou. Before checking in, the hotel would send me an email and you can contact the hotel front desk through WeChat. The email also provided a detailed description of how to pick me up at the airport. The driver was very enthusiastic about picking up my luggage, and the front desk sister was very considerate in answering some of my travel questions. I was very happy. The next day, they took me to the airport again, which was very convenient. There were also large shopping malls around the hotel for shopping, which was very good and worth recommending.

食事や買い物は地下鉄人和駅にタクシーで400円くらい。約15分前後で着くので、そこのお店を利用した方が良い。結構賑やかで、良かった。新しく出来た商業ビルの中にも、飲食店が多く地下には超市もある。若い人はここのビルの飲食店に多くいて、年配の人はその前の方にある色々な飲食店を利用している感じ。 このホテルのシャワー水量は問題なく強く満足。 冷蔵庫がないのはしょうがない。 空港まで無料の送迎も楽で良いですね。 空港に近いので渋滞をあまり気にしなくて良いのと、チェックインも☀️8時から可能だということです。私は観光してから、夕方に入りましたが。
