地圖錯，酒店名錯，房間髒

我到埗前，用谷歌地圖再確認，你們顯示的位置是康王中路，但酒店真正地址是光復中路，根本不同地方，第二，丹什麼妮斯酒店？？到埗連名字都轉了，你們expedia連酒店名字改了都不知道嗎，已經改成便捷酒店了，房間真的很不行，牆上有污跡，有鞋印，電話不能打，洗手間有異味，升降機要用房卡開，房卡失靈，要找職員開門。。。豈有此理，expedia要給我交待一下

包你未見過咁差嘅酒店

酒店門牌跟接待處都不是丹妮斯酒店，而是廣州城市便捷酒店，但事前並沒有通知，確認 email 都冇講已改名！而且接待員後來告訴我們丹妮斯酒店已跟廣州城市便捷合拼，但為什麼還在賣房間？仲要經 Expedia 訂？之後接待員找不到我們的訂房記錄，要我重新比錢自己再追 hotel.com 取消，花了我一個小時說我怎樣訂房，他們不太相信我已經給了錢！仲要我自己打電話去 Hotel.com ,我打到香港要退錢唔住又要扣我一日作抵償，只可以退一天，我打通再比酒店聽，我們下午3點checkin要搞足一個鐘，又要嘥長途電話去証明自己以比錢，係全數比清房租，但房間先剛剛叫服務生開始打掃要多等半個小時。太過份了。 房間隔音很差。訂了3天2夜的房間，但第2天中午，房卡就失效了！又要我去前台搞，太差，10000個差，唔使錢都唔會再住，亦好懷疑 hotel.com 點審查酒店？？我仲點幫襯？？可惜我仲有7日塞班島預訂未用？？望上天吧

很糟糕，強烈建議不要選擇此酒店。

有被騙的感覺，名字更改了，訂單上寫著會一直保留房間給住客，到達時晚上八時多，才告訴我們說沒預留房間，說因為保留到下午六時就自動當作放棄房間，但房租早就在expedia付了，然後說另給我們一間房說是升級了的，進房間以後發現很殘舊，連房內窗都壞了也不修理。前台服務態度也不行，甚麼也不說第二天才知道房卡每天都要重新開通，害我們上到房間要再重新到前台開通，前台語言也不行，只會普通話英文也很爛，廣東話亦不會。原本就打算不住公寓式酒店，網頁沒註明以為不是公寓式的，到達才發現4樓是公寓來的，整體酒店很殘舊，體驗很糟糕。房卡亦只有一張，地段亦很不方便。 - Totally bad experience. The hotel name was changed, hardly to find. Not convenient at all, not clean, no service, the service of reception is bad, not polite. Actually, in the receipt, it said that we can check-in anytime after 15:00, they will keep the room for us, but when we get there at 20:00, they said they can't find our order and they only keep the room till 18:00. Finally, they said they give us a room that is upgraded, but when we get in the room, it is too old and dilapidated. The receptionist didn't say anything about staying in this hotel, until the next day when we back to our room and we can't get in and we went to find the receptionist to find out what happened, they said it is necessary to reactivate our room key everyday. And the receptionist cannot speak English and Cantonese, only Putonghua they can handle. Also, when we preparing our trip in GuangZhou, we didn't want to stay in an apartment hotel, because the website didn't state it we thought that it is not an apartment hotel, but we recognised it is when we get up to 4/F. Besides, there is only one key card for each room. Overall, a bad experience. Hope it can help you to choose.

飯店安排不周

飯店整修，飯店沒有事先聯絡預定（費用已支付）飯店的旅客，告知飯店整修，也沒有安排已經預定飯店的旅客去另一飯店check in，導致旅客抵達廣州飯店門口要入住時，才發現飯店整修，所幸不是旅遊旺季，其他飯店還有空房，不然真的會流落街頭

Hotel with good staff but very small rooms

During my stay I am pleased with the cleanliness but the room was extremely small and congested. They should mention the room size in the Expedia. Also Expedia should mention that upon guest arrival the staff needs HKD 300.00 deposit amount.

場所：地下鉄から徒歩15分から20分くらい。便利とは言えないが上下九路に近いのでそこが目的ならよいかも。大通りでないのでタクシーはなかなか来ない。ホテルとタクシー会社が提携しているらしく予約すれば空港まで100元程度と言ってた。但し、空港に行く以外はタクシーを呼んでくれない。 部屋：清潔度は見た目は普通だが蚊が飛んでいた。ただ、狭い。国際電話はできない。エレベーターは業務用みたいでガタガタ言うので怖い。 朝食：8元で提供。しかし白粥と饅頭くらいしかない。

沒住過這麼差勁的旅店

用hotels.com 訂房,一進到房間就發現廁所沒有門(被拆了),後來發現也沒有冷氣遙控器,打電話請樓下飯店人員處理,只會推拖說沒辦法協助、做不了主、這本來就是"優惠房",原來優惠房就是這種樣子,最後打給飯店經理盧了很久之後才說要退款退訂,整體服務態度非常差勁,一樓櫃台正在施工,整體環境十分糟糕

不足：未裝修完未註冊的酒店，隔音差，離地鐵站遠（15分鐘），離上下九街也不算近 好處：價錢合理，附近環境不錯，房間乾淨

this hotel sucks

This hotel is terrible for its qualification to be called as"a hotel"? It is located at poor neighborhood and stays in a dilapidated building. More ridiculously, there is no door key for customer to get in! No lobby, the reception counter is in the building entrance ,which is under construction and all in mess! Totally disappointed and unbelievable!
