Booked this hotel for my mom’s one day flight layover. According to my mom, she thought the hotel was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located next to the airport. No complains, just a good and comforting rest stop for a good night’s sleep before her gruelling 30 hour flight back to Canada. Cheers!

Very nice hotel close to terminal 1, excellent services. clean room, good food, happy stay, have nothing to complain. I have arrived at midnight, shuttle car came and picked me after 8 minutes I have contacted the hotel. I saw there are some complaints on airport shuttle service delays, I think that might be the language issue, I can speak mandarin thus didn’t get any problem.

Room was clean and in great condition. Service was excellent. The airport pick up was a little confusing. The driver asked me meet him at departure terminal instead of arrival terminal. It was a long walk to get to departure from arrival. I would ask the driver to meet at arrival if there is a next time.

Dear Simin,I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused during the pick-up and drop off service. The hotel also hopes that guests can take a shuttle bus back to the hotel nearby. However, according to regulations in Terminal 2, hotels can only pick up guests at the departure terminal . Looking forward to your next visit.

Best bet near the airport
Although a bumpy start due to poor translations in English, this was a great place to stay during the coronavirus scare in China. The rooms are spacious and hotel restaurant is better than expected. Free 24 hour shuttle to airport and laundry facilities make this a no brained.

The hotel was of average quality. No one really spoke English or any other language that I speak. The satellite TV was all Chinese. Nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

What a Gem! If you are staying at Guangzhou for the night, you have to stay here! Great staff, great food and free airport transportation makes this hotel worth the price.

Hotel provides 24-hour free airport transportation service, only 12 minutes or less spond between hotel and airport. Restaurant in lobby provides the breakfast and lunch buffet, dinner A La Carte services, also has a small conference service. free parking service during staying period, gym, self-service laundry, Internet corner, massage chair and other facilities to make your journey more comfortable and relaxed. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and modern style that the motel has. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition and very good even if it was still Asian mostly.

I like the fuss free checkin, clean conditions and free shuttle service to the airport. But I could here people talking in the room next door. Either they were talking too loudly or the sound proofing wasn’t good enough. But overall stay was pleasant.

Good Hotel for Westerners.
Good hotel. Offers Round Trip bus for free to T1 and T2 of Airport. Breakfast options good... even for westerners. Top 2 floors are exec rooms.

The shuttle bus is very mean and don't have service mind. They won't try to understand you unless you speak Chinese to them. I'm very disappointed of thier attitude.i wish Im not picking this hotel at all. Don't pick this hotel!!!!

Handy to thr airport, but use the free shuttles as some taxi drivers skip short distane runs. Helpful folks but have a translation app handy. Lots of flight crews stay there, so c as n usually find someone to help with English if needed. Good breakfast and nice landscapes paths along the nearby roads fir running. Not much nearby, mostly offi and e parks. Really good value.

Poor English language skills at the front desk resulted in delay getting picked up by the shuttle bus. Pickup time was scheduled to be at around 1:30 am, instead, pick up was at 3:30 am. During check-in, it was discovered that the pre-booked non-smoking room was not a non-smoking room. I was told there were no other rooms available and the staff's solution was to spray the smoking room with a chemical to subdue the smoke resulting in having to breath 2 unpleasant smells. The receptionist was polite and apologetic. A discount was offered due to the circumstances, reducing the charges from ¥588 to ¥450 for the night. Went to sleep at 4 am and was woken at 6 am by a wake-up call that I had not requested. Effectively the experience overall was not satisfactory

It is a very nice hotel, clean environment, mini bar complementary stuff, good breakfast...etc. It is worth to stay in this hotel for a transition flight or short stay, near to airport but difficult to find the place even the local taxi driver.

The staff in the restaurant were great but the rest not so good. I had to wait for a late flight so sat in the foyer for a couple of hours. No one bothered to lock my bags away for me even though I asked, so I had to take them with me to the bathroom and stay near them the whole time I waited. I thought I would charge my phone while I waited but the only power outlet in the foyer that was not behind the desk was not working properly. The worst though was the bus driver. I realise there was a language difference, but he was very abrupt and unhelpful. He put me off the bus at the wrong terminal even though I thought it was the wrong one and kept asking for international and I said Australia a few times, but he just told me to get off. The staff at the desk knew I was waiting for the bus and made no effort to make sure he knew where to take me or even let me know the bus had arrived, after several hours waiting I almost missed it. It took me the best part of an hour to find out where I was and where I had to go and actually get there. So I could check in for my flight back to Australia. It is a shame because the hotel was otherwise good, the rooms were lovely and clean and bed and the linen were great. It had been put together well but the staff let it down

Really nice accommodations with modern decor and an amazing shower. Large breakfast with good options for vegetarians. The only problem was the fact that most of the staff wouldn’t speak, or understand english. But hey, I was in China.

An Australian themed hotel near the airport
Shows the hotel originally because of the location it’s a few minutes from the airport. We had an early morning flight and didn’t want to take the 2 Hour drive in the morning. The location is not known to all of the taxi drivers but if you have the address in Chinese they can easily find it. I was impressed with how slow leak and clean the designs of the rooms were as well as the lobby. The hotel staff was businesslike and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The next morning the shuttle was on time and we made our flight with plenty of time to spare. The hotel and it service fit my needs perfectly for what I had hoped for

Aussie Hotel - Home away from home!
We had no idea when booking this as Australians that it was actually an Australian themed hotel. What a lovely surprise. Very comfortable and perfect for our airport stop over!

Hard to find no drivers new where it was
Hard to find. Address kept driver going in circles around the airport. Stopped and ask several drivers and they did not know where it was. Finally found it after an hour of searching. Lobby was dirty and staff was rude. Room was ok. I arrived at 4pm and had a 6pm meeting. I changed in my room and at 4:40 I went to the lobby desk and ask for them to call me a cab. They wanted me to use their driver and pay 100 RMB and I said ok. I gave them the address and they said it is to far away they would call a driver or cab for me but it would cost me 100 RMB for them to make the call. I said just call me a cab. 10 minutes later I was told that they found a driver but it would cost me 200 RMB. I ask if they had called a cab and they said no. At 5:15 I got into a heated discussion about finding a cab or driver all they kept asking me was if I would pay. Finally I said I don't care what it cost I have to go and how man times do I have to say yes I will pay and I yelled I will pay, I will pay over and over at them. Magically at 5:20 there is a drive ready to take me. I paid the desk 100 RMB and the driver 200 RMB and I was 10 minutes late to my meeting. Knowing I was ripped off because I was a foreigner and the bad location of the hotel made me decide not to stay. Back from my meeting I ask for a refund and was refused. I was charged for 2 nights and was there 45 minutes. It cost me 100 RMB to return to the hotel and go to a different one 30 minutes away by cab.

Convenient Airport Hotel
Check in was good, but was helped as I have a Chinese speaking friend with me, room was spacious (Executive standard) but cleaning of the nightstands, desktop and tea making facilities area was poor. The bed was clean & very comfortable as was the pillows and bedlinen. Despite double glazed windows you could hear the outside noise. breakfast is served from 06.30am, its buffet and a good selection of hot and cold food. There is a 24hr free Shuttle minibus service, however there is little concern for heath & safety, once you board the vehicle your luggage is then loaded on to the vehicle in to the gangway areas obstructing any exit from the vehicle should there be an emergency. Overall I enjoyed the facilities here and would recommend it.

Stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Hotel wasn't marked on Google maps but Ctrip gave correct location. Staff didn't speak English. Shuttles to the terminal every 30 minutes early on the morning. Room was pleasant, had a big window facing the runway.

Value for money and close to airport
The hotel is good value and close to the airport. Had a problem with the sink but the staff fixed it. Nice enough staff although they charged us twice for dinner - I'll assume by mistake. Functional and does the trick, won't complain.

I stayed here because I had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated not far from the airport but in the middle of nowhere - just amongst industrial/office buildings. I was concerned on arrival that being stuck there, the restaurant would probably be overpriced. In fact, although quite simple food , the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful and the room was exceptionally good. It was clean and well furnished. The hotel gave the impression of being very well managed to a high standard.

Nice new hotel but lack of English, clogged shower
Hotel is nice and clean as it is fairly new. Check in was a problem because the hotel did not have Expedia booking even though Expedia app showed booking was electronically cfmd. Had to call Expedia US # to get it sorted out. Took about an hour at 10:30 pm. Shower drain was clogged and the half of the room was flooded by the time I got of the shower. None of the staff spoke English. Took another hour to clean the room. The carpet was soggy, but since no-one spoke English, could not change room. By this time, it was midnight so I just went to sleep. If drain does not clog, willing to try next time as the bed was good and the room was large and clean.
