Summary:

Welcome to the Ocean Bungalow!



The Space:

You'll be greeted with stunning views of the bluff and ocean from the comfort of your cozy living room or the outdoor deck. Conveniently, a Tesla charger is available for your use.



Located within walking distance to the Gualala supermarket, restaurants, and even our office, this home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the city. While there is no direct beach access, you'll be minutes away from the Gualala Bluff Trail and the Gualala River, where you can paddle board, picnic along the river, and even kayak!



The living room is furnished with a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) over a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Right behind the living room is the family room with amazing blue water views.



The private balcony is equipped with a BBQ grill and patio seating. Enjoy your morning coffee out here to soak in the views. The kitchen comes prepared with a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home.



When it's time to call it a night, head to one of the two bedrooms. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and an additional den has a sofa sleeper. A full 2nd bathroom is available for guests to share.



This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 lbs combined may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



Parking is available for 3 cars on the driveway with a newly installed Tesla charger! A washer and dryer are available for your use.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Great stay right in the heart of Gualala

The views are great. checkin was really easy and my family and I had a great stay here. This is very close to groceries and restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive away. Very clean and well maintained property.

This home has beautiful views and is close to trails and services. The kitchen is very well stocked and the home is comfortable and relaxing. A smoke alarm issue was promptly fixed by management.

You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed a lunch at the seafood shack (walking distance) and the Surf market great; they even do BBQ lunches. Great place to relax, enjoy the cool temps, listen to the waves, and recharge.

My daughter and dog and I had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything and more that we needed. The view is fantastic and it was so close to everything. We hope to return! Highly recommended!!

Great 4th Weekend

Very roomy, comfortable, quiet home with beautiful ocean views. Walkable to town for grocery shopping and cute shops. Kitchen was well equipped and appreciated the basket of snacks. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Love this house

Great house. Plain exterior, stunning interior, they put their remodel money in the right place. Walking distance to stores and restaurants yet there was a isolated feel about the house, never felt crowded by the other properties. Super nice stay, want to return soon.

Gualala getaway

This is a great place to watch the ocean and relax. Everything is close by (grocery, shops, restaurants) and great walking trails just south of town. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Being pet-friendly was also a perk.

Perfect stay by ocean

My mom and I had a wonderful time in Gualala. The house was as described and then some. I loved the well equipped kitchen and all the little touches. We sat on the deck relaxing in the sun and enjoying the view. Will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

Was everything it promised it would be

We were looking for a getaway at a peaceful place where we could stare at the ocean all day… That’s exactly what we did! The ocean front view from the living room windows were spectacular. The house is conveniently located to town and we enjoyed walking there each day. It’s very well taken care of and clean and has everything you need. We look forward to being able to return in the future. Thank you to the management for making the whole process seamless.
