"Francamente, ha sido una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un hotel en León. Generalmente viajamos para descansar y realizar algunas compras, por lo que solemos buscar hoteles que cuenten con alberca, aunque sea sencilla. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión la alberca se encontraba en mantenimiento y no pudimos utilizarla.
El desayuno incluido también fue bastante decepcionante. Entendemos que sea un desayuno continental, pero eso no justifica la mala calidad de los alimentos ofrecidos.
Además, cuando quisimos comprar agua dentro del hotel, nos sorprendió que cada botella costara 40 pesos, un precio completamente desproporcionado. Honestamente, después de no haber podido utilizar una de las principales amenidades del hotel, esperábamos al menos un poco más de consideración hacia los huéspedes.
Lo único realmente destacable fue la atención de la chica de recepción, quien fue amable y honesta al recomendarnos comprar agua en la Farmacia Guadalajara de la esquina. Gracias a ello, pudimos adquirir dos botellas de agua e-pura por 32 pesos en total.
Es lamentable encontrarse con este tipo de prácticas. Definitivamente, no fue una experiencia agradable y no considero justo el trato recibido.
Jamás volveremos a ese lugar."

"Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location to downtown and bus station. Staff helpful. Was a leak in sink drain. Informed them in the morning. Would have been able to switch rooms but I was there only one night."

"Unfortunately it was a bad experience. There was no electricity and we couldn’t sleep because no electricity at night , no AC and on top of that I suffer of sleep apnea and I couldn’t use my CPAP machine to be able to sleep because no electricity, they didn’t even offer me to s nd us to another hotel and no refund for the inconvenience. It was a nightmare . "
