The space
It is in a new building, with many amenities and located in the most attractive area of Guadalajara (Chapultepec)

The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size room specially designed to rest, with its own bathroom and very large closet.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a fan. This room shares the bathroom with the sala

The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for neighbors.

Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the pictures may change for wear and tear, but that won't affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. are shown in the photo, or are included in the rent and are only put there for photography.
Other things to note
In stays longer than one week, at least a weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged in $500 to the client, to make a change of sheets and towels, and keep the state of the apartment in optimal condition.
